At MONTIQ, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return process is simple, transparent, and hassle-free.

100-Day Risk-Free Trial

Every MONTIQ Tracking Card is backed by our 100-Day Risk-Free Trial. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 100 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 100 days of delivery.
  • Be in good condition with no excessive damage caused by misuse.
  • Include the original packaging where reasonably possible.
  • Be removed from any Apple Find My or compatible Android tracking account before being returned.
  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email info@gomontiq.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A brief reason for your return (optional)

Once your request has been approved, we'll provide:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number
  • The correct return address
  • Step-by-step return instructions

Please do not return your product until you have received written authorisation from MONTIQ.

Return Shipping

Unless your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you remain responsible for the parcel until it reaches our returns facility.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact info@gomontiq.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different colour or wish to purchase another product, we recommend returning your original order for a refund and placing a new order. This is the quickest way to receive the item you want.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days after approval, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.

Returns That Cannot Be Accepted

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

  • Are requested more than 100 days after delivery.
  • Show signs of misuse, accidental damage, excessive wear, or unauthorised modifications.
  • Are still connected to an Apple Find My or compatible Android tracking account.
  • Are returned without prior authorisation.
  • Are sent to any address other than the one provided by MONTIQ.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@gomontiq.com.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead be returned under this Return & Refund Policy.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us before the withdrawal period expires by emailing info@gomontiq.com.

Once your returned product has been received, your refund will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Unless otherwise required by law, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

This right does not apply to:

  • Personalised or custom-made products.
  • Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened, where applicable.

United Kingdom Right to Cancel

If your order is delivered within the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, please contact us before the cancellation period expires by emailing info@gomontiq.com. Once your returned product has been received, your refund will be processed in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection law. Unless otherwise required by law, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Every genuine MONTIQ Tracking Card is also backed by our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
